He is also available for workshops and as a visiting artist for colleges and universities.        Gary's skills have been shaped by teachers like Carmine Caruso, Adolf Sandole, Harry Glantz, Ray Crisara, Mel Broiles, and Robert Nagel. He has a Master's Degree in Performance from the Manhattan School of Music, and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. Gary's mix of formal education and real world experience with artists such as Barry Manilow, Mel Torme, and years of experience as a broadway musician make him an excellent choice for a student of any age or skill level to move forward in their playing.
